He is an award-winning Talent Development and Applied Innovation Strategist with a proven track record of increasing revenue, customer satisfaction and employee engagement in finance, banking, consulting, retail and global outsourcing environments. Russell is the Vice President of Learning Architecture and Innovation at Effective Sales Strategies.

 

Prior to joining Effective Sales Strategies, Russell was Global Learning and Development Program Manager for North Highland Worldwide Consulting. He led various learning projects and partnered with SMEs, Executive Stakeholders, HRBPs, vendors, etc. to identify talent development and organizational needs and performance measures to then develop training strategies and deploy programs that contributed to the growth of employee owners in the United States and United Kingdom.

 

Russell is one of only about 600 people worldwide with the recognized credential in Innovation and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at SUNY – Buffalo State. His unique expertise in designing and delivering innovative, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills for organizational development. Russell is an expert in leading people and groups to clarify, ideate, develop and implement unique solutions and lead change.

 

Russell is an award-winning ATD Atlanta Leader who served in two Vice Presidential roles – Communications and Technology, and also selected to served on the ATD National Chapter Recognition Committee.

 

Over the previous 15 years, Russell held various sales training, customer service learning partner and talent development roles with Synovus Financial and SunTrust Bank (now Truist).

 

Russell earned a Master of Science degree in Innovation and Change Leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from SUNY Buffalo State College.
